Meet Rok Bottomz (Special Guest):

Performing with Dick Diamond on several dates this year is International metal icon Rok Bottomz. Rok began his career in entertainment by appearing in public service commercials as a toddler for the major breast feeding campaign in the mid sixties, and later as a teen in the 70s Broadway experimental musical production of “Ham-lit”, where the cast, and audience, would get stoned and attempt to do Shakespeare – to a progressive rock soundtrack. A veteran of several early 80’s hair metal “semi-supergroups” such as Skull#$%&, Concentration Campfire, Unholy Moses, and Ex Chromosome, he has performed in front of thousands of female followers both on stage and “backstage” for over 35 years. During the lean era of the hair metal circuit, in 1994 Bottomz self produced his own line of adult videos aptly titled “Bottomz on Top”, which he won an AVA (Adult Video Award) for “best new cummer”. In 2007 Bottomz formed the hair metal supergroup Metalicious, setting attendance records in several prominent bar/restaurants across the Midwest until the band parted ways in the summer of 2009. Ready to finally officially go solo, a first in Rok’s career in more ways than one, Bottomz in the fall of 09 announced the peculiar and odd pairing with seventies lounge legend Dick Diamond for an extensive world tour called “The Rod Couple – Plaid Spandex Tour”. In his spare time, Bottomz travels the world extensively to visit his many children out of wedlock and listens to Beethoven (not the legendary composer, but the soundtrack to the 90s movie about a St. Bernard starring Charles Grodin).
